Life can be described as a beautiful gift, and it is also true that life can present us with circumstances that seem unfair and insufferable. When this occurs, we could benefit from support that enables us to develop insight into ourselves, obtain clarity, identify choices, accept accountability, foster growth, learn new skills, build resilience, pursue freedom, and feel heard, seen, and empowered as we navigate life. Asking for help is challenging for many reasons, but I have witnessed how being receptive to support has brought about a multitude of blessings. I would love to serve as a source of hope and optimism on your journey. I hold a Master of Social Work degree, and a certification in Integrative Holistic Health and Wellness from Western Michigan University. Currently, I am pursuing a Hybrid Trauma-Informed 200 Hour Yoga Certification, and the Certified Educator of Infant Massage title. I am passionate about wellness, development, and nurturing safe spaces. As a social worker, I have over 10 years of experience serving individuals and families in various settings such as community mental health, residential, schools, in-home, affordable housing, and nonprofit agencies with a range of populations from Infant Mental Health, at-risk youth and seniors. It would be an honor to connect with you to determine if we would make a good team.
