Statement to Client
Statement to Client
My approach to therapy is built upon deep belief that the therapeutic relationship itself is a powerful vehicle for change. Our minds and hearts are deeply intuitive tools that gauge safety and connection in each moment, and when those basic needs are disrupted it can impact our lives in challenging and persistent ways. Finding a therapist who can hold a warm, inviting space for processing opens doors to incredible insight and growth. My work centers the agency and wisdom of my clients, while acknowledging the impacts of cultural conditioning, systemic injustice, and existential issues.
I believe therapy can help you get to know yourself better and move beyond any long-standing fear, inner critical voice, or diagnosis – and enable transformation from the inside out. People I work with include adults of all ages, LGBTQ+ community, and anyone else wanting change. I practice from a cognitive behavioral lens.
